Where to clickOpen the login page›Log in

1. Go to the web address in the box above.
2. Enter your email and password, then Log in.
3. You land on your dashboard: sales, recent orders, upcoming events.
4. The purple menu on the left gets you everywhere else.

Change your password once you're in — top-right menu, then Profile.

Where to clickOrganizer Dashboard›Create Event

1. From the dashboard, click Create Event.
2. Give it a name, a real date and time, and the venue.
3. It starts as a Draft — nobody can see it yet.
4. Add ticket types, then switch it to Live.

Nobody can buy while an event is a Draft. Going Live is the moment it opens.

Where to clickYour event›Tickets & Products

1. Create one per tier: Early Bird £5, Phase 1 £10, Phase 2 £15.
2. Set how many of each — it closes itself when they sell out.
3. Tables are just a ticket type with a higher price.
4. Name them so people know what they're getting.

You can add more tiers later, while the event is already selling.

1. This is the link you share on Instagram, WhatsApp, anywhere.
2. Customers pick tickets and pay by card.
3. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account.
4. Their ticket emails automatically, with a QR code.

Tested with a real card — a live payment cleared on 28 August 2026.

3. Give it an expiry date and time.

Good for a “bring a friend” offer or an early push.

2. Share the link with your door staff.

4. Already-scanned tickets say so.

Door staff don't need an account or password. The link is enough.

2. Answers show against each attendee.

Keep it short — every extra question loses a few sales.
